Lungify started as an experimental startup in 2015. Since it has grown into a Full-Service Staffing and Recruiting to startups and Fortune 500 companies across the Globe.

Lungify was founded in 2015, in Austin, TX by entrepreneur, Moazzam (Aka ‘Al’). Al studied to be a Programmer but shortly after graduation, he started his first job with Fortune #1 company. Since than he worked for mostly Fortune 10 companies that includes Retail, Automotive and Health Industries for over 20 years. Al held the role of a Program Manager, Project Manager, and IT Manager. He has managed up to $110 million for Programs and up to 120 people throughout his Career. Al wanted to experiment in recruiting business as a side hustle as he had more than 3000 connections in LinkedIn from around the globe.

Al began as a one-man-shop, working mostly in the evening after his day job. His mission was to recruit the best talent for his clients one at a time. Steadily he grew the business, building relationships one-by-one and growing his team, ensuring to hire only the best. As the experiment took off, Al was determined to continue to grow the business during the pandemic of 2020.
